ROSE FINN a rising artist from UK

let's discover today an artist from Uk : Rose Marian Finn, singer, songwriter and recording Artist :

The Madwriter: Rose how did you started out in music?

Rose :My story is quite interesting I suppose. I was helping to run a Jazz Jam Night once a month and I used to sing a
song or two with the Jammers. We also had a little band and would play fetes and charity events I would sing a
couple of jazz standards with them. I had been involved in amateur theatre as actor and director performing in
stage Plays, musicals and choirs. I was also coached by a classical singing teacher for several years, but I did
not class myself as a singer. I loved it but lacked the confidence. Then I had a big birthday and my friends
clubbed together and bought me some recording time for a birthday present. Wow, never in a million years
would I have gone into a studio had it not been for that gift. It took another year before I stepped into the studio,
but that was the beginning, I recorded a few covers and thought that was it. After sharing my CD’s I got asked to
do a few concerts singing and indeed even a wedding.

It was around this time I was struck down with a Debilitating illness. It took two years to recover slowly and during
that time my life was on hold. I couldn’t work, i couldn’t perform, I could barely walk and it was even difficult
to speak or have a conversation. I could no longer read. I turned to music more and I more and found a tune
and lyrics going round and round I my head. Eventually I contacted the recording studio for advice. I sang him
the song and was told it was good, We got it down and that was my first song. YOU GOT ME. It was Recorded
end of 2016. It didn’t stop there, soon I had another and another. I had never played musical instrument but now
I started on ukulele, then moved to guitar. I don’t play either very well but I love it and I can write songs and
strum a good number old favourites for fun.

Now I am busy with music all the time, I am totally in love with it. I am fully recovered from my illness although I
still have reading problems. I get out and sing and perform whenever I can, I have an album out and several
singles. I have collaborated with some great artists from USA, South Africa, Spain and if have an offer in from
France at the moment. I am generally Jazz/Easy Listening, but I came up with a dance number recently and I’m
working on an EP of Celtic type music. I am flexible. People say I have a distinctive voice and style. I have also
self produced several videos myself. I find it such fun and I spend hours editing. You can check them out on YouTube
along with my music platforms.

TM: thank you Rose for telling us your story.

ENILSOUNDS an artist from Denmark

let's discover today an artist from Denmark ;Enilsounds, singer and songwriter,
her music and her songs make us want to travel and are each a universe to discover, she takes us to other dimensions....

The Madwriter: Enil let us know more about you.

Enilsounds: I am from Denmark and make music on my own and get great help with the mix and mastering by my friend Producer Kurt State from UK.
My music is really meant as ideas for something more that I am not able to do by myself: I have a dream that my music could be made with a great symphonic orchestra and a huge choir.
I have never played much piano, but I always had a lot of music in my head and in my heart and it was amazing to find out that I could make music by using a Laptop.
I am a vocalist and love to sing and I see my music as a carrier for my lyrics and singing.
From a blog by Jim Sande posted on Reverbnation:
"Line/ENILSounds is creating exciting work in the field of sound synthesis. Her music is a sophisticated layering of her voice and pleasing electronic sounds..."
TM: Thank you Enilsounds for your time !

on all digital platforms, under the label iM Electronica.
is a positive message that Elisa wants to give to the world today,
'Escape with me, come into my world' change your philosophy, ....
lately people get a little too overwhelmed by the bad news
through the medias, she tries to make them 'escape" a little from the reality, and their way of seeing things, 'just try it's easy' she said, and also try to make
understand that we can find 'good vibes' on the small things like nature, a flower, the sun, music etc ... make a smile to someone in the street, it can change the day of someone, it takes litlle to be happy.... this message is mixed on a rhythmic electro dance music for
the summer that makes dance, on 136 bpm,
She collaborates on that with the Mexican deejay
Melodika, and the video clip was directed by Izzo Vanik, a Spanish artist,

MEDELLIN: MADONNA + MALUMA

MEDELLIN: Madonna & Maluma new

lyrics
One, two, one, two
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, two, one
Two, one, cha, cha-cha-cha
I took a pill and had a dream (Yo también)
I went back to my 17 year
Allowed myself to be naive (Dime)
To be someone I've never been (Me encanta)
I took a sip and had a dream
And I woke up in Medellín (¿Te gusta?)
The sun was caressing my skin (Dime)
Another me could now begin (Woo)
Ven conmigo, let's take a trip
Si te llevo pa' un lugar lejano
Ven conmigo, I'll be so good for you
Te enamoro, te enamoro, mami (Ay-ay-ay)
Ven conmigo, let's take a trip
Dame de eso que tú estás tomando
Ven conmigo, I'll be so good for you
(Ay-ay-ay)
Sipping my pain just like champagne
Found myself dancing in the rain with you
I felt so naked and alive (Show me)
For once I didn't have to hide myself (Dice)
Oye mamacita, ¿qué te pasa? (Dime)
Ven conmigo, let's take a trip
Si te llevo pa' un lugar lejano
Ven conmigo, I'll be so good for you
Te enamoro, te enamoro, mami (Ay-ay-ay)
Ven conmigo, let's take a trip
Dame de eso que tú estás tomando
Ven conmigo, I'll be so good for you (Okay)
Si te enamoro (Si me enamoras)
En menos de un año, no, no (Hahaha)
No' vamo', no' vamo', no vamo' pa' Medallo (Ay, qué rico)
Si te enamoro (Si me enamoras)
Es lo que amo, no, no
Pue' mami, pue' mami, pue' mami, nos casamos
(Cha-cha-cha)
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, slow down, papi (Woo)
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, ay-ay-ay
We built a cartel just for love
Venus was hovering above us (Oh, yeah)
I took a trip, it set me free (Mi reina)
Forgave myself for being me (Ay-ay-ay)
Ven conmigo, let's take a trip
Si te llevo pa' un lugar lejano
Ven conmigo, I'll be so good for you
Te enamoro, te enamoro, mami (Ay-ay-ay)
Ven conmigo, let's take a trip
Dame de eso que tú estás tomando
Ven conmigo, I'll be so good for you
Si te enamoro (Si me enamoras)
En menos de un año, no, no
No' vamo', no' vamo', no vamo' pa' Medallo (Ay, qué rico)
Si te enamoro (Si me enamoras)
Es lo que amo, no, no
Pue' mami, pue' mami, pue' mami, nos casamos
(Cha-cha-cha)
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, slow down, papi
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, cha-cha-cha
One, two, ay-ay-ay

ELISA DUWEZ THE SENSUAL FRENCH TOUCH

Elisa Duwez is back again with a new track
THIS IS NOT A LOVE SONG
with DJ BISMARK SDG  SKOOPMAN
Elisa did the vocals with her own spoken style as usual, "Sensuo Frenchy " ... the French touch...
with her other artist name :Babette Duwez,  the music was made by Italian djs, Bismark , SDG and Skoopman, in a modern electro progressive style, with a good rhythm, for radios or clubs,  with 2 differents remixes, I recommend you to listen!

" Elisa, how did you get the idea from this remix?"
the idea came with an Italian friend Riccardo Sada, with whom I have collaborated for other tracks too, we both love this song from PIL so we talked about a remix, and we wanted to do something different than PIL

"What is about dance music that appeals to you?"
everything, dance music has the power to make people dance & make them happy , it's in the name :'dance' :)

"What’s your favorite dance track?"
" the Jaguar" by Rolando or "Music is the answer" Tenaglia

"favorite dj"?
I will make some friends angry if I answer this question ! I have many dj friends and collaborators so I dont want to offend any of them !! each dj has his own style, and I can listen different sets that they made with different styles of music, it depends on my mood !! but one of my favorite dj is Carl Cox.He has a lot of Energy :)

"favorite place'?
they are many places which I like in the world, Ibiza, Paris, Los Angeles, Disneyland, the Red Sea, Phuket (Thailand), the forest, the beach, but now at this moment the best place is where I am now !! the place is not important, it's the mental state that you have at the moment that is. so I can enjoy the life even at home!

"favorite food'?
fruits , ice cream (mon péché mignon :)

"something to add?"
thanks for your interview, and big thanks to Riccardo Sada , dj Bismark, Skoopman and SDG for this track,  thank to my collaborators, radios, mags, djs, and  thank to all the people who follow me and support me .

DAVID MANCUSO pioneer & iconic New York DJ

David Mancuso, New York DJ,

david mancuso, new york dj , founder of the Loft, died at 72 years old
David Paul Mancuso was an American disk jockey who created the popular "by invitation only" parties in New York City, which later became known as "The Loft".The first party, called "Love Saves The Day", was in 1970.
Mancuso’s private parties at The Loft in Manhattan helped establish a vibrant alternative to New York’s commercial club scene in the early 1970s, famed for their exceptional sound quality rather than DJ showmanship.
The Loft’s success inspired countless more underground venues that became the birthplaces of house music, such as the Paradise Garage, The Gallery, and The Saint. The club was also the headquarters of the New York Record Pool, the first DJ record pool, which he founded with Vince Aletti and Steve D’Acquisto.

Mancuso was born on October 20, 1944 in Utica, New York.,
fter being introduced to high fidelity sound components (including the Klipschorn speaker) by a friend who resided in Brooklyn Heights, Mancuso purchased some equipment from fellow hobbyist Richard Long, who soon became a close friend; following his initial work with Mancuso, Long would go on to design many of the most important sound systems in the New York underground disco scene.
Mancuso continued to develop a highly variegated social network (a characteristic that he ascribed to his unconventional upbringing), frequenting rent parties in such disparate milieus as Harlem and Staten Island while also immersing himself in the hippie culture of the era at such East Village venues as the Electric Circus, the Planetarium, and the Fillmore East (where he was present for notable performances by Timothy Leary and Nina Simone). He became an ardent devotee of Leary'sThe Psychedelic Experience (1966) after his initial experiments with LSD and soon developed a personal acquaintance with the psychologist as a member of theLeague for Spiritual Discovery, often attending his private parties.
Before hosting his first Loft party at his home at 647 Broadway in 1970, Mancuso was playing records for his friends on a semi-regular basis as early as 1966. These parties became so popular that by 1971 he and Steve Abramowitz, who worked the door, decided to do this on a weekly basis. These parties were similar to rent party or house party.
By the late 1970s Mancuso abandoned audio mixing, beatmatching, and pitch-shifting in favour of an "audiophile" approach to sound reproduction
In 1999 and 2000, Mancuso and Colleen Murphy produced the compilation series David Mancuso Presents The Loft, Volumes One and Two onNuphonic
