ARMIN VAN BUUREN FEAT FIORA WAITING FOR THE NIGHT

Armada Lounge, Vol. 7 is OUT NOW, including Zetandel's 'Chill Out Mix' of 'Waiting For The Night'!

This is Armada Lounge, Vol. 7. Forty tunes of staggering beauty and significant musical skill - at times poetic and at times as careless as an island breeze..

The compilation's opener 'Tomorrow' from Winter Kills (presented by Josh Gabriel featuring vocalist Meredith Call) is likely one of the best opening songs of recent memory, setting a tone that should have been impossible to top. Despite the unreachable standard, Tenishia's chill out remix of 'Point Of No Return' and Zetandel (remixing Armin van Buuren's 'Waiting For The Night') prove to be more than up to the task -- delivering follow-up tunes of impeccable quality.

Packed with exclusive tunes, there are acoustic versions of classic records, like Marco V & Christian Burns - 'Frozen' and the wistful live performance of Cosmic Gate ft. Emma Hewitt - 'Be Your Sound'. Dutch producer Rodg returns once more with his rendition of 'Lost at Sea', and Conjure One graces not one but four songs on the album.

The second set features heavyweights like Paul van Dyk, Andy Moor, Gabriel & Dresden, Chicane, and several tunes from Lustral. Classic tunes from highly respected artists and fresh recreations of the year's biggest records can all be found here.

Clearly a labor of love, 'Armada Lounge Vol. 7' will surely go down as one of the greatest lounge compilations of our time. This record proves that musicality and vision are still very much alive in 2014, and it reminds us all that the pinnacle of electronic music has still yet to be reached.

HAPPY THE SONG OF THE SUMMER 2014 PHARELL WILLIAMS

HAPPY

we have been hearing it being played, not only on radio, but also in numerous shows,on  television.
The huge jump in this song’s popularity really started after Pharrell Williams performed it in the cademy Awards.
If this song sounds familiar and rings a bell, it is because “Happy” is taken from the OST of the movie “Despicable Me 2″ although it was first featured as the lead single taken from Pharrell’s second solo album entitled ‘G I R L’.

Let’s start  first with Pharrell’s vocal work. He delivers all his words with so much ease. Plus, there is also a distinctive soulful quality to his voice which adds to the mass appeal and friendly warmth to this single.
.  “Happy” is kind of “old school” category because you can  hear influences of Motown in the song.
It does make sense, therefore, why Pharrell opted for a more classic and refined approach to the production of “Happy”–it is no secret that Pharrell Williams love the famous artists under Motown Records who where famous in the 60’s to the 70’s, like the great Smokey Robinson.the track is played almost on non-stop rotation from music channels and on radio stations.

with the difference with other songs, there are no hidden messages here.in happy,
The message is very clear. It is all about having a positive attitude and stay happy:) despite how  sad the events can be. When you can have a cheerful disposition in life, everything will look “bright” and “sunny” and way better than it really is.

SHOT ME DOWN by Guetta

"Shot Me Down"

is a song by French house music producer and disc jockey (DJ) David Guetta, featuring vocals from American singer Skylar Grey. The song was released on 3 February 2014 in digital stores. produced by David Guetta and Giorgio Tuinfort,
it is a remix of an old song,
The original version of the song, "Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down)", was released by Cher in 1966 and was famously covered by Nancy Sinatra in the same year.

Surprisingly, the song's infamous chorus remains largely similar to the original here, even with Skylar Grey's vocal, but quite a great remix , the video is quite original & modern, with lots of comics
